Dining Services
Our weekly menus are created to adhere to State regulations and to provide fresh, healthy, well balanced, delicious meals. Water, juice and coffee/tea are served at every meal, and milk is always avaialble, as well. Meals are so good that family members ask to dine with us. Residents' meals are included in rent fees.
Our delicious home-cooked meals are prepared in-house, daily, using fresh and high quality ingredients. Alternative options are available. Each meal is modifiable to suit a variety of therapeutic dietary needs, including: pre-cut foods, mechanical soft diets, purée diets, thickened liquids, cardiac diets, vegetarian diets, low-dairy, allergen avoidance and more.
Residents enjoy fresh fruit at each breakfast and lunch and cake or other sweet treat after each dinner.
Our spacious dining room is furnished with comfortable four-top tables. Residents each have their own seating location so they develop a sense of community with their table mates. Our dietary aides know the residents' likes and dislikes and work hard to accommodate them. Feeding assistance and adaptive utensils are available for those who need them.
